Twice a month in a group setting, Soul 57 offers a safe community for kids who are similar in age to gather and discuss their experiences relating to the losses of a parent sibling, or primary caregiver. Along with the facilitation of a licensed professional, kids are able to explore their tangle of emotions, as well as other topics and issues that influence their day-to-day life. Additionally, one Saturday a month, workshops using art, music, writing, and recreation will be offered to safely and effectively explore the questions and concerns that arise during their grieving process, and provide them with healthy tools and solutions to support them as they grieve and other obstacles they’ll cope with throughout their life.
